MultipleRecordUpdate CS4

Hi,
I just purchased the MultipleRecord extension. I am using Dreamweaver CS4.

In your flash tutorial you show a checkbox even though you claim that the extension does not support it. I tried to follow the tutorial several times but the results do not work and the database does not get updated. I would get an error stating that the extension does not support the checkbox or radio buttons. So I try and follow the tutorials again but this time I change to a select menu with either a "Yes" or "No" option. Still no update in the database on submit.

On my single record update page I can update the record so I know that works.

Any suggestions?
