Google Map Extension - can it do this.

We are looking for a google extension that allows us to using ASP and MySql:

1. Allow a user to enter their postcode and for it to generate a basic Google Map showing a custom icon and custom messages.

2. Allow a user to move the Icon within the google map and save it (so that they can better position it)

3. Allow all users to view all map entries within their area.
The idea is that we have lots of school children all entering their postcodes... they can then move the custom icon to wherever they want it displayed and save it... all of their friends then can view everyone�s icon on a Google map.

Will the Google Map extension that you have allow us to do any of this?
